Ryan Rogers — Pacific Region

Ryan Rogers is a charter member of the Theta Sigma chapter at Cal. Poly.-Pomona, where he has served as Chapter Advisor for more than a dozen years. Since taking on the role following a membership review, he has guided the chapter to achieve six Peterson Awards in the past seven years and led its remarkable fundraising efforts — raising over $750,000 for the Huntsman Cancer Institute and earning a place in the $100K Club for five consecutive years.
Beyond Sigma Chi, Ryan is deeply involved in youth development through Scouting. He founded the Twelve Points Foundation, which funds camp scholarships, Eagle Scout projects, and outreach programs for families in need. TPF now charters 13 Scouting units across Southern California and sponsors an elementary school serving a high-poverty area.
Professionally, Ryan is the owner of Store Here Self Storage, a real estate investment firm specializing in self-storage, and SiteHawk RMS, an AI-powered camera monitoring and call center platform. He is also a partner in a property management software company and three insurance ventures supporting the storage industry.
Ryan and his wife, Karen, live in Southern California with their two sons. He’s an avid pilot, boater, skier, camper, and traveler.
Vincent W. “Vince” Kenney — North Central Region

A lifelong resident of Indianapolis, Vince Kenney was initiated into Sigma Chi at Rho Chapter (Butler University) in 1981 and graduated in 1984. For more than four decades, he has built a successful career in the construction supply and commercial cleaning industries.
Vince has been a cornerstone of Rho Chapter alumni engagement since 1990, assisting with initiations every semester and providing ongoing mentorship to undergraduates. From 1995 to 2017, he served as House Corporation President, helping guide the chapter’s property and alumni relations with steady leadership and care.
Outside his fraternity involvement, Vince enjoys golf, reading, and spending time with family and friends. His long-standing dedication to Sigma Chi exemplifies the lifelong bonds of brotherhood.
Joe Beers — Rocky Mountain Region

Joe Beers serves as President and CEO of Integrity Outsource, a leading professional employer organization based in Arizona. A proud University of Arizona alumnus, Joe was recently inducted into the Greek Hall of Fame (2024) in recognition of his contributions to the Greek community.
Within Sigma Chi, Joe previously served as Grand Praetor for the Grand Canyon Province, where he was instrumental in supporting chapters and developing strong alumni engagement. Beyond the Fraternity, he serves on the Board of Directors for NAPEO, the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations.
Joe brings extensive leadership experience and a passion for organizational excellence to his new role as Grand Trustee, representing the Rocky Mountain Region.
