Behind every successful Sigma Chi chapter stands a dedicated team of alumni volunteers — our local house corporations. These boards play a vital role in providing safe, well-maintained homes where brotherhood and leadership can thrive. To support that mission, it’s essential that each house corporation maintains an accurate and up-to-date roster of officers and board members.

When current rosters are on file, key stakeholders — the Risk Management Foundation (RMF), the Constantine Housing Initiative (CHI), and the Fraternity’s Executive Committee and Grand Officers — can maintain open lines of communication with your board. This ensures your corporation receives timely updates about insurance renewals, educational programs, risk management resources, and leadership training opportunities.

Up-to-date contact information also strengthens connections between alumni and active chapter members, helping foster mentorship, shared accountability, and continuity of chapter housing operations from year to year. Simply put, good communication starts with good information.

Today, we’re asking each house corporation to verify its Official HC name (as incorporated, for legal/financial records), then review and submit its current roster.
